High-quality algae species are screened from natural alkaline lake and cultivated in standardized runway-type greenhouses, the water used for cultivation should meet GB11607 standard, and the water temperature, light and pH value are precisely monitored throughout the whole process. The harvesting link adopts microporous filter sieve method or centrifugal precipitation method, and the algae can only be harvested when the concentration of algae liquid reaches OD>0.45 to ensure the purity of algal slime.

The drying process reflects the wisdom of science and technology: after cleaning and dewatering by vacuum belt filter, the algal slime is dried by centrifugal spraying or airflow spraying equipment, with the inlet temperature controlled at 180℃-200℃ and the outlet temperature at 70℃-80℃ to maximize the retention of nutrients. Eventually, the products need to pass the liquid chromatograph, mass spectrometer and other advanced equipment testing, in line with the European Union, the United States and other international standards, in order to obtain the “quality pass”.
